Choice of 5.25 inch half or full height CD-ROMs, Hard Drives or Tapes mounted in horizontal position. Up to 6 half-height or 2 full height drives or mix of both.
Provision for industry standard SCSI-II or Wide-SCSI cables and connectors.
Black baked epoxy painted front panel 7" (4U) high with replaceable drive covers to accommodate 1, 2 and 3 drives.

Server With More Drives
TR-CDROM chassis offers an easy expansion of any rack mount server. It has been designed to accommodate up to six 5.25-inch or 3.5-inch drives mounted in horizontal position, which is preferred for installation of the CD-ROMs, CD-Recorders and some Tape drives. It saves operator's time by eliminating the need for frequent changes of tapes or CD-ROMs on the server. It has provision for up to 4 SCSI-II or Wide-SCSI external connectors. Up to 4 servers can connect to individual drives inside this enclosure.
TR-CDROM storage chassis can be supplied with or without drives. When supplied with the drives, the subsystem is fully wired and tested to customer specifications. Call Transduction for a current pricing of the CD-ROMs, Tapes, Hard Drives and CD-Recorders.
