What We Have
Highly trained and experienced engineering staff to operate CAD-CAM and robots.
Our CAD-CAM computers are loaded with over $50,000 of software to design metal enclosures and computer chassis and to translate your AutoCAD® and CADKEY 2-D and 3-D drawings into robot compatible files.
Our robots include modern AMADA turret punch press and AMADA precision computer controlled brake. Both are capable to 0.002" repeatable precision. We literally print sheets of metal from your drawings.
We also have AMADA precision metal de-burring and surface finisher, professional pem-nut and stand-off insertion equipment, and a spot welding facility.
Custom finishing includes zinc plating, anodizing, epoxy baked paints and silk screening if desired. We also can provide double packed custom carton containers for your enclosure and computer chassis shipping if needed.
