We have 20,000 sq. feet of space dedicated to computer manufacturing and
testing. Our facilities include
a fully equipped CAD-CAM CNC metal chassis shop and specialized computer assembly shop with
computer controlled heat chamber. Our specialized test equipment
includes dynamic power supply loads to check each component over the full range of operating temperature. We
keep records of every computer system and maintain service logs of all failures to track long term reliability and to detect any potential problems. All parts are traceable to the specific purchase order and each
component failure is always analyzed and documented. The result is reliability of 99.90 %.
Our services include submission and acceptance of the following regulatory approvals: CSA, UL, TUV, CE and FCC. We have
the expertise and test equipment to apply sound engineering
right from the beginning of the design process. This saves
you time and money on the final tests with the certified laboratories. When properly designed by our team, the regulatory approvals can be obtained in:
