A fast (10 mSec) AC switch has been incorporated into the design of the model TR-1000VA DC to AC Pure Sinewave Inverter that provides for a true UPS mode. AC equipment connected to the inverter can now operate from the AC line. In the event that utility provided AC power disappears, this fast switch connects the load to the output of the inverter. 

The AC/AC UPS switch is now a standard feature on any inverter manufactured by Transduction.

Optional remote controller/display is also available. When connected to the inverter via a serial RJ45 cable it displays vital parameters such as AC voltage, DC battery voltage, percentage of load on the inverter, etc. Price of this option is $125.
